That thing was HUGE! I mean... is that a fly or an alien? I was working on my computer but next thing you know this fly comes buzzing around and gets caught in my hair! EW! lol.
This is the few I have of the ceiling. I LOVE it!

I can't get enough.

my dear mr & mrs t spicy tomato juice. how i miss thee! this beats the regular tomato juice any day. it gives the extra tangy kick that makes my flight so much better. it's harder these days since i dont have to fly as much. one day i will sip thee and grin from ear to ear.

Super cool storage for that stack of business cards

You've collected hundreds of business cards since that last conference. Now, they're scattered between stacks on your desk, stuffed into files, mixed into papers, and wrinkling in your back pocket. That's hardly the way to maintain a proper business relationship.

This little file cabinet looks like a shrunken version of the real thing, but holds up to eight hundred business cards. Two drawers pull out, letting you shuffle through your entire collection. We've even included lettered-tabs to help keep everything organized.

Look, I'm not going to tell you how to organize your life, I can only supply you with the tools. However, this little guy looks so darned good on my desk, I'm keeping it! Get yours while you can!

wow. lol. "Gore Canyon is a steep and rugged canyon on the upper Colorado River in southwestern Colorado famous for its wild class V whitewater rafting. The canyon is inaccessible by car though the California Zephyr Amtrak passenger train passes through it. Gore Canyon was first rafted in the 1970s, and today, expert kayakers frequent the river. The Gore Canyon Whitewater Festival is held every year on the third Saturday of August and is also the host of the US National White Water Rafting Championship. Most outfitters agree that this whitewater is the wildest commercially available whitewater rafting in the state of Colorado, and perhaps in the nation. it usually takes much more then guts and gore to gross me out but i was surely grossed out with some of the pictures i saw on this site. i mean why would someone do that to themselves. the clogging and heavy feeling in your stomach. my face greased up just looking at it. in a time where people are fearing illness and trying to be healthier, is there anyone who eats like this anymore? from time to time, i understand someone may crave something random but wow the site was something else. excuse me while i go vomit.

Take Care of Your Heart for the Ones You Love. Exercise is important for your heart health; but did you know there is a Target Heart Rate you should be reaching for? Many experts recommend that you use your heart rate to determine whether you are exercising at an appropriate level. To check whether you’re exercising within your target heart rate zone, take your pulse on the inside of your wrist, on the thumb side, for 10 seconds. Use the tips of your first two fingers (not your thumb) to press lightly over the blood vessels on your wrist. Count your pulse for 10 seconds and multiply by 6 for the number of beats per minute (bpm). This number should be within your target heart rate zone. If it’s too high, you’re straining, and you should slow down. If it’s too low and the intensity feels “light” or “moderate/brisk” (a rating of 3 or 4 on the Perceived Exertion Scale), push yourself to exercise a little harder.
